Benefits of the CBD and Vitamin D Combo

Let’s jump right in! Vitamin D deficiency is pretty widespread, with about 45% of the U.S. population being deficient. It has been researched and documented that 75% percent of our entire population is low in Vitamin D.

Why is this? Years ago, Americans spent much more time outside, and since Vitamin D is created when the sunlight hits our skin, it is imperative that we get outdoors or at least supplement our Vitamin D levels. Today, Americans spend much more time indoors than ever before and don’t get as much sun exposure. When people get out, the majority are covering up with clothes and sunscreen, which inhibits the Vitamin D production that we need.
